How do I correctly submit an order?
How does one correctly formulate an order? A correctly prepared text will include the following logical requirements:

CApitalise the strEssed lEtter for the pronunciAtion of nAmes, prOper nOUns and pErsonal dEtails (names and surnames, place-names, logo of the firm or service) and other questionable words.

Expand abbreviations and acronyms if they exist in your order.
Correct: Òý Êà Ìèð or Òîðãîâûé êîìïëåêñ Ìèð

Indicate how to read the address of websites, if this is critical.

How do I pay?
How can I pay? We accept cash, bank transfer, and electronic payment.
Upon registering, choose the most convenient method of payment for you and we will handle your order in accordance with your choice. The bill will be sent to the email address you indicate at registration. You also have the option of writing up the bill yourself.
How do I confirm my payment?
How do I confirm my payment?
  • For a bank transfer payment tell us the date of your transfer and the payment draft number.
  • ÏÄ-4 scan your receipt and send it to our e-mail address.
  • Western Union after payment, identify the transfer number and the payer’s full name (surname, first name, patronymic).
  • Yandex.money in the “comment” section of your payment, identify who the transfer is from and for what work.
In what format is the sound sent?
In what format is the sound sent? In the format that is indicated on the order form which you submit. If not otherwise specified, sound files will be sent to the customer’s e-mail address in the following format:
mp3 192 kbps mono.
What if the work is not accepted by the customer?
What if the work is not accepted by the customer? Our sound services include a guarantee – if the sound director’s revisions do not require changing the text, this work is free. If the text of the automatic informer introduces corrections into the text after the actor’s voice is recorded, changes to the sound project will include an additional fee.
